Two beloved rabbits meet on the Rainbow Bridge

I made this digital illustration to honor two of my rabbits that have passed away: Mister B (on the left), who died in March of 2018 and Coby (on the right), who died in June of 2014. In this image, Coby greets Mister B on the fabled Rainbow Bridge, where it is said that deceased pets wait for their humans so that they can go to heaven together. I felt compelled to create this piece in my sadness following news of Mister B’s death. In this piece feelings of hope and sadness intermingle, cherishing the good memories that I had with these two beloved bunnies but mourning that no more shall be made.
